Me and my fiance went with a local, reputable company and ordered a deluxe package: 2 ringcams, 3 keypad deadbolts, 4 perimeter cameras, 8 window sensors, and a smoke detector fire alarm component that coordinates with the fire department. We were very pleased by thier timely installation. Daniel and Jim were very nice and professional. Would totally recommend them to friends and family or anyone that asks about our security system.
We had become disgusted with the customer-no-service we had been receiving from one of the national home security providers, and decided to try a local company. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Safe & Sound! They were responsive and informative, and developed a bid that gave us more product and services, for less money. I was particularly impressed with Adam the estimate and Daniel the installer. These two had great communication- and customer service- skills, as well as being knowledgeable and professional. They provided all of the items we needed, and didn't try to up-sell us on services we didn't want. Also, their equipment is top-notch. If I could give these folks 6 stars, I would.
