Safe Haven Home Inspection Company

Scotty is incredible, and a huge blessing as we are trying to buy our first home. His attention to detail and thoroughness is exactly what I want from someone who is inspecting such a large and long-term investment. I have minimal knowledge on most property related things, and he broke everything down in such an easy way to understand, and alongside a very well done in-depth report (which was sent over SO quickly!). I could not be more grateful for his expertise and kind heart. If you are looking for a genuine person who has extensive knowledge and goes above and beyond, Safe Haven and Scotty are it.

Scotty helped us with two houses during our home buying process. He helped us to avoid some major issues! He was kind and took his time explaining things to us. His report was very user friendly and I loved the feature of building your repair list, complete with photos. He made himself available to us and to the sellers/contractors as needed after he completed his inspection. He’s a kind person doing professional work. We would use him again!

We contacted Scotty for a home inspection on a property we wanted to purchase. He booked us for an inspection a few days out. He did the inspection and his price is reasonable and his home inspection is thorough. He is very good at what he does and very knowledgeable. After my husband and I reviewed the home inspection report, which came back less than stellar, we called Scotty to go over his findings and he spent well over an hour with us on the phone discussing his concerns with the home. This man is a wealth of knowledge and because of his inspection and advice on his findings we were able to offer the seller a lot less money for the home (which they accepted) and will now be able to plan to build a new home on the property and demo the old one due to its condition. Had we not had Scotty do the home inspection we would have had to spend exorbitant amounts of money to try to fix a home not worthy of saving. Thank you for all you did and your professionalism and wealth of knowledge. Highly highly recommend!!!
