Saco Sport & Fitness

I have found this fitness facility to be exactly what I need in a workout facility. It is very clean and well maintained. There is an abundance of equipment and a wide variety of equipment for members to use. I have belonged to a number of sports clubs over the years. Saco Sport and Fitness is my favorite.

I am a new member of the Saco Sport & Fitness Center. Dustin is my personal trainer and has been active in introducing me to all facets and classes at the Center and tailoring a personalized fitness program.

I have been a member of many health clubs over the years. This facility and its people are superior to the others. There is a good mix of people here, from teenagers to retirees and everything in between. Great equipment and all the assistance you need or want, without any pressure. It is always fun to spend time at Saco Sport & Fitness.
