You can't get much better than Todd Sachs and Melissa of Sachs Realty. This is truly a power team, and the best possible money you can spend on an agent. You get much, much more from Todd and his team than you will from any other broker or agent. As a seller's agent, Todd really dives in and does his research on the property, gets to know his client and their needs, knows how to target the right buyers' market, and goes full force into covering every possible detail to get the property in position for a slam dunk sale, even the most difficult of properties. He has now sold two very non-standard properties for us, each with their own hurdles and potential downsides. The most recent property he sold went under contract within hours of hitting the market, and sold for more than asking price! He did such a good job advertising this property up front, that we had more appointment requests than you could possibly fit in a single day. He thinks of everything, and covers every little detail. He knows how to handle other involved parties like a pro (with a level of professionalism and courtesy that is sometimes lacking in others), and can intuitively deflect any issues that might otherwise prevent a sale from going to closing. He's also well-connected with other top names in the industry -- he can quickly get answers to any questions, whether it be legal questions, title concerns, city/county codes, insurance, licensing, engineering/contractor work, easements... if he doesn't have the answer himself (which he usually does), he'll have someone on speed dial who can find the answer. His assistant Melissa is no less - she's just as knowledgeable, responsive, attentive and generous in catering to the client and stepping in to wear many hats. This team is the best you can find.
