This company is great to work with. They've handled two hail storm insurance claims for us over the last several years and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Anthony and Bob worked with us on the most recent claim, and they were both extremely professional and personable. Emma Towe with S.H. Vaughn did an excellent job restoring my home after the April 28 2021 hail storm in NW Norman. I had several well known contractors from the community review the job and Emma was by far the most thorough in reviewing the damage and providing an itemized quote. She was very knowledgeable on all repairs needed to the home and was able to answer all of my questions. She coordinated with all of the contractors and made sure every job was completed on time and correctly. A couple of points worth mentioning, all of the contractors were on time, every time, communication on all jobs, and everyone was professional. Emma notified me the day before the jobs started and the contractor also called me when they were on their way to my house, each day. Most of the contractors walked me through the job everyday before they left, too. Every contractor replied with yes sir/ no sir, mannerly and dressed appropriately for the job. Emma went above and beyond for the repair to my property and I am very pleased with the finished product. Thank you Emma and S.H. Vaughn for your quality of service. Highly recommend Emma and S.H.
