I am pleased to write a review for my Insurance Company - State Farm and specifically for Karla Lopez who helped to write an auto insurance policy for me. She was very friendly, professional and welcoming. I explained to her up front what I was seeking as far as a rate goes. I gave her some background information regarding my history as a customer and client with another insurer and that I was dissatisfied. I liked how Karla communicated with me through her willingness to make an effort to give me what I was seeking for pricing or the rate in an auto policy for me. I was pleased with my new auto policy that she wrote and as a result I also purchased a renter's insurance policy.
