Dissapointed with accusations of dishonesty
I purchased some parts to replace a skylight on my RV. The team was extremely helpful. Returning the next day with an unused roll of butyl tape it was suggested that I had used some of the tape as the roll was smaller than it was when I picked it up and I was not going to receive the refund of roughly $6. I could care less about the $6. I left the roll of tape on the counter and I'm sure it will be sold to the next guy. I was extremely offended by the accusation because I honestly did not remove 1" of the tape. In my books this is an example of sad customer service. I'm admired among many for my fair dealings, honesty and candor, that won't change it's a pillar of my being. Its unfortunate your team members are so quick to discredit your customers. I believe you'll find them much more appreciative and subsequently loyal if you offer a measure of trust.

Fabulous Salesman - Paul Lightner - A Wonderful Buying Experience
Paul was a fabulous salesman, attentive yet respectful, incredibly helpful, and an all around nice guy. He really knew his stuff, too, and didn't waste our time. We purchased a new motorcoach - we LOVE it - and the experience was amazingly smooth, easy, and very pleasant. The best rv service I have ever received.
Bob Smith is a top notch Service manager, if I could rate him and RV World a 10 I would. Bob helped me when we were on our shake down cruise by walking me through ways to fix things that went wrong. When he says that he will call you before the end of the day, he does it. He got us in on short notice when the Thor tech showed up. He always has a smile on his face, and I'm sure that is not easy to do with the amount of stress there is in his job. I rate a place I do business with on how I'm treated after the sale and RV World would get a 10. Many Thanks Richard and Darla Sherwood
Hard work pays off
Thanks to the hard work of Oliver. Walked in door with an approved loan and the dealership had to work hard and make numerous concessions to put the deal together. Delivery was without a hitch. Thanks to Bob for the service needed on the coach. Dan is great at the walk through. He knows his product very well. Now Emily and I have a new home. Thank you, Thank you. Best small town dealer I have ever visited. Cannot end comments without thanking Greg. Would recommend RV World to anyone in the RV Market.

Gwen is not on your drop-down list of employees, so I have to give her a "write-in" ballot, as a really great counterperson in the parts dept.<br />
She spent time and energy helping me on my RV parts problem, and the whole thing didn't amount to a few dollars.<br />
However, those small parts were vital to me and my $250,000, 41ft motorhome.<br />
I also had brought a friend from Minn in to you last year for a problem and he still raves about the service, and another from Colorado, but they're another story, and I'm going to ask them to be sure to give you a nice revue if they can.(To the service dept.)<br />

I recently bought a used 25 foot Terry travel trailer. From my first contact with the company until I rolled off the lot I was fully satisfied with everyone. The service dept went over everything slowly and methodically ensuring I understood everything. Made sure trailer was correctly and safely hooked up. Friendly and helpful people were found everywhere. We came from out of state and all paperwork arrived as promised to register in my home state. They even showed me where to find parking for the night. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and tell everyone my whole experience with them even exceeded my expectations. The trailer was exactly as put forward on there website and their guarantee reassured me before I even left home to get it.<br />

Almost fantastic
The guy pat who takes care of finance and selling the extras is a minus zero!!! Everything else was great!!! I got my warranty from camping world. Would of got one from them but not fron that idiot. And a lot of my friends fron canada tell me l told you so!!! Would not have him pick up my trash. Still pisses me off..talked to Mike green and told him. Seems like a great owner..

In recent years I've bought (and traded in) multiple vehicles from (and to) RV World, and every time they exceed my expectations. During the entire process, from the initial contact through to the delivery and after-sale service, everyone there makes you feel as though you are the most important client they have right then. Not only is their pricing very competitive, but they will go out of their way to do whatever you need done in order to ensure you're happy. If I had one concern it would be that this review program only allows for mention of one individual - although if I listed everyone who deserves honorable mention the review would be too long! Thanks guys (and gals) - I look forward to many years of getting my RV needs taken care with you. (and just to clarify - this speaks not only the Sales and Finance folks, but also to the Service folks - the folks in Service can do amazing things!)

Andy was very helpful, we had been shopping for a Bounder for almost a year. We found RV World had the best prices, and decided to buy our unit there.
