In the summer of 2021, I was looking for property in Southern Oregon. I was making an out-of-state purchase and had very limited time, due to a 1031 exchange. Royse and I had several phone conversations prior to my first visit to look at properties. It was clear that he LISTENED to me and discovered several properties that would suit my needs. He communicated clearly with me and made sure that all my questions were answered in a timely fashion.
