I called Royal service a little before midnight and got a response right away! They called me first thing in the morning as promised and they were able to send someone to my home. The service itself to replace a broken outdoor spot took about an hour and a half, and the Plumber Julio was very informative. The only thing that I wasn’t to satisfied with was that I was given 3 different emergency service fees which, I didn’t appreciate but what can you do but pay it right? Overall, the service was amazing and I did appreciate the swiftness in communication. I will be getting their membership soon , only if the price is what they say it is😅 Overall, I’d recommend Royal services to a friend! Thanks Royal!
