Roy John has repaired multiple rings for me over the years and has always been so welcoming, kind, and patient. He took the extra time to explain things to me and carefully went over details to ensure the work was to my specifications. The one and only time it was not perfect (because he did what I wanted rather than what he suggested lol), he very graciously redid it. You would be hard pressed to find better work anywhere in town. I hope to one day purchase one of his pieces, as they are gorgeous!
