Just had a wonderful experience with Sarah at Rousseau Insurance Agency. She was polite, patient and very knowledgeable. Not only that she saved me almost $300.00 on my car insurance! Both my significant other and I have our insurances through this office and everybody that we have spoken to has been outstanding. So very happy to write this review.
We have been with Rousseau for just a couple of years now, on a recommendation from a friend. We have had great experiences with all of the agents who have helped us out-everyone has been so patient and has done a fantastic job explaining everything in detail and answering all of our questions. We had a fairly complicated case with our home insurance as we needed coverage in place prior to our home being built, and they were more than willing to work with us. We also have had quite a few vehicle changes in the last year and it was time to shop around for different vehicle coverage. Sarah was very knowledgeable on the different policies and best coverages available. Thanks to her patience and skill, we are saving thousands of dollars and getting better coverage. Couldn't be happier!
