Very professional and fast. He gave me a a quote on the spot after seeing my water line that I had dug up. It took till the next day from the initial call, to complete the job. Which, is great for plumbers. Took 45 minutes cost $365.

My 21-year-old water heater died Wednesday evening. After researching the water heater replacement costs and reading reviews of local installers, I selected Roto-rooter whom I had also seen in my neighborhood from time to time. I got a call back within minutes of submitting for a quote and I was told I'd be called by dispatch the next morning. Got called and they said someone would be available Friday morning between 8 and 10. Promptly at 8 AM Friday, I got a call from dispatch, saying the technician was on his way. Cody the technician reviewed my job and said he could replace the water heater the same day. Cody was professional, explained things clearly, and had the job done by 1 PM Friday. Bobby was such a huge help! We had had another plumber out who told us nothing was wrong and didn’t communicate clearly. We were recommended Roto Rooter by a friend and I am so glad I called.
