Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I called them on Christmas Eve because my sewer backed up. I reached someone right away and a tech arrived a few hours later resolving my problem. Tech was very nice, answered all my questions and explained everything clearly.

We had a surprise busted waterline ( polybutylene pipes), with a complication of having a water meter flooding while also under an electrical box. Nightmare. Aaron Franklin went above and beyond to not only rectify it quickly by coordinating with Town of Cary, but even came out on his day off to do the work that needed to be done ALONE so that we could have water after four days without. Incredible customer service. Will highly recommend.

They are all in one it seems for what you need. You make an appointment online and they are on top of it. They have great recommendations for maintenance and did a big job of replacing quite a bit of cast iron pipe. Worth the money. Never could I ever have coordinated all that without them and they inspected on Friday and had the job done by Saturday for a house of 6! We needed it. Thanks all!
