Ropp Family Farm

Steak time. Roast time. Stews, hamburgers, soups and dog bones! Thank you Jess Ropp and family😀. We have been lucky and happy to say that Jess has supplied us with our grass fed beef for at least 6 years. We had London Broil tonight. The meat has always been flavorful, the cuts have been great. The butcher he uses has been very helpful with our orders, though by now we are pretty set. We have no reservations about recommending Ropp Family Farm for your locker beef, especially as he has -guaranteed that we are on his list every year. My wife loves the fact that she can eat the hamburger raw, just a little with some salt before she makes hamburgers, or meatloaf or whatever. It's fresh, tasty and we know how it is raised and where it comes from. Thanks again. Update January 2025: I need to take a photo at next delivery, before we eat it all. Also made tallow this past year from my cow. WOW! French fries!!

Best milk I have had in 70 years since I lived across the road from another raw milk dairy in rural Pennsylvania. Then I tried a Ropp farm ribsteak... Wow, tender flavor I hoped for, but didnt think I would find again! Thanks so much and yes, I plan to buy a side of beef from you!

We've been buying meat from the Ropp family for years and the quality is always exceptional. Jess is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride in his cattle. It's nice to know that the beef is being cared for on a small family run farm, where the cows are being treated ethically and living out a great life. It makes me feel better about buying through the Ropps instead of grocery store meat. I highly recommend Ropp Family Farm, you can taste the difference especially in a thick cut ribeye!
