Great customer service. Easy and no hassle. Rebekah did a fantastic job to start off with, however when she tag teamed up with Claudia, she was dishonest. She told my husband that it came with a 3 year guard protection. When reviewing the bill, we were charged for that protection. We love the dining table but don’t like the dishonest salesperson. Update; Claudia called the following day to apologize for the misunderstanding. Table arrived a week later as they said and I LOVED the tracking app on it. They even brought it in for us. After, we got a call from the main office to make sure everything was good and to rate the delivery. The building of it was super easy, like legos. The only thing we needed was a tool to remove all those 100 staples attached to the table. That was a job on its own. We are happy with our purchase.

We went to Rooms To Go looking for a recliner. We were immediately greeted by Brandon when we walked in. We told him what we were looking for and he took us to a chair model that met our exact criteria. He was very friendly, professional, and patient with us while we figured out the logistics of getting our chair home. He was so helpful and kind during our visit. I am so thankful we were able to find the perfect chair on our first stop in our recliner search. Thank you, Brandon!
