I can't recommend Rod more highly. I was struggling to figure out what I thought was a very complicated Medicare Part B issue with my dad and Rod was able to quickly understand the issue and answer my questions. He then, very patiently, walked us through step-by-step the signup process and didn't hang up until we had confirmed my dad was covered with health insurance. On top of being patient and very competent, he has a lovely demeanor (kind with a great sense of humor). I am new to the area and will definitely be using Rod for all of my insurance needs going forward.
