Michelle Smith is fantastic and bar-none the best broker in the Denver area. Michelle has helped both my boyfriend and I with the purchase of our new home last year, but has also helped me prior with a refinance and my parents used her for their new home purchase is 2018 and subsequent refinance. She has always treated us like family, and helped us understand and navigate situations. Michelle has always gotten my parents and us the best 30 year mortgage rate available, and provided us with the best tools and resources. That’s not always easy to find, so I would recommend Michelle to anyone and everyone that I know!
