I’ve been working with Rob Olive and Lori for 30+ years (today I met/worked with Maria.) What a delightful group of people. Each of them are exceptional and consistently provide helpful information to me and my family about our life and auto insurance policies. Everybody is super knowledgable and personable. Top notch! I signed up with State Farm with this particular office just over 3 years ago before a big move to Eugene from out of the area. The agent who helped me at the time, Lori, was so kind and helpful and made sure all my needs were met with all my policies. Recently I’ve worked with Marla on updates to my policies and she is just as sweet, kind and helpful! The people in this office are amazing and I could not recommend them more. Dealing with insurance policies isn’t always the most fun, but they make it so easy and quick. I’m happy to do business with them!!

I’ve had the pleasure working with Lori for several years now. She is absolutely fabulous and has been eager to help out every time we have chatted. Her and her team are kind, understanding, easy to get ahold of, and just flat out have great customer service. She even helped me lower my rate this year! Could not be happier with my experience.
