Michelle with Roam Crafted Travel planned and booked our entire 2 week Italian getaway perfectly. We started in Rome, then to Florence and Sorrento and back to Rome. She booked all of our hotels in a centrally located area so we were in walking distance to all of our tours or had a driver pick up at our hotel. Made for such ease every day. I highly recommend Michelle for any trip (big or small) as she makes it so easy with an app on your phone detailing your daily itinerary. She takes the time to meet with you asking you personal questions of what’s important to do or see and then she makes it happen! Plus she always has great suggestions too! Another amazing trip in the books and looking forward to more in the future. Thanks Michelle!!!

Michelle knocked it out of the park with our Canadian Trip to Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper! She knew what was important to us and did all the leg work, giving us options and helping to set up the best itinerary. She helped us navigate through a few additional plans while we were on our trip too as well as spending her Friday evening helping us get rebooked after a long and difficult flight cancellation. She helped us every step of the way and we would highly recommend her for any of your upcoming destinations!
