I have just had the best experience learning how to CrossFit! Coach Amanda & Coach Jon are so supportive with breaking down each workout and taking the time to get to know your fitness goals. The community at this gym is encouraging and a great place to make new friendships.

Great coaches, very warm and welcoming! If you have been thinking about giving Crossfit a try, this is the place. Lots of class times to fit your schedule and plenty of other athletes to workout with. Exercise should always be this fun!
