Both were super prompt and helpful, addressing all the concerns my client had and worked through the process very efficiently and quickly! Look forward to working with this amazing team again!
Edited: Oct 6 Rented a house from RMS during 2022. We experienced some difficulties living in the house due to some miscommunication between the property owners and us. However, Megan on the RMS team spoke with me, and she was very understanding and empathetic of how we felt about the situation. She went out of her way to get these issues resolved, and I am extremely impressed with her professionalism. I highly recommend renting from RMS Team at RE/MAX Center. I think the difficulties we had were a fluke, and could've been avoided with a phone call early on. Be sure to pick up the phone and call them if anything feels off, they'll get it taken care of!
