Recently my Farmers insurance stopped writing/covering Liquor Liability Insurance and could not renew my business policy. They assured me they had plenty of time to find something else and put their outside lines commercial specialist on the job. From there it was downhill. I could never get any straight answers concerning the quote. It was always “being finalized” or they were going to have it in a couple of hours. Days passed without answers or a real quote, and I panicked. I called Wyatt at RKI because he has always been a great resource for answering my questions and helping me find answers. He got back to me right away and helped save the day. He gave me exact questions to ask and what to do moving forward to find something that worked for me in the limited time and situation I had. He took away a ton of the stress I was feeling. RKI is a name that Lebanon residents know and trust since 1926. My parents, as well as my own family, go to RKI because we know we are getting the best insurance possible for our specific needs. Beyond that, they give back and support our local sports organizations, and are genuine and community oriented. I have asked Wyatt insurance questions at all hours of the day and he is quick to respond and does his best to help. While I could go anywhere for insurance, I know that RKI actually cares deeply about my needs, and you can't put a price on that.
