River's Edge Pet Medical Center

I just want to say that I have been involved with animal rescue for 30 years, been to many vets & worked in the vet industry myself and this was one of the top 3 experiences I've EVER had. Sadly, the reason for going was to say goodbye to my Emmie-M aka: princess puffy pants, her decline had been very sudden- but I'm telling you, all the way from the front office to the back staff and Dr. Annie Todd, it was pure compassion, professionalism, kindness, and warmth. I can't believe that I had the best experience on one of the worst days imaginable...but I did. I absolutely admire the consistency throughout the clinic, every person we encountered was so kind, it felt very genuine. These people bring their hearts to work and I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic high enough! Thank you Dr. Todd for giving my baby such incredible care, and thank you to every single person working that day! The last memory I have of her is surrounded by love. You guys are amazing!!

Dr. Hayes was, yet again, wonderful to work with. The last time we came to River’s Edge was to, sadly, say goodbye to a friend, but this time we took Pumpkin to be seen because we knew how much care the staff would take with our beloved pet. We live on the coast, but I wish we lived closer so we could always take our kitties to River’s Edge. I’ve called a few times since Pumpkin’s initial appointment, and the staff is always kind, efficient, and reassuring.

River's Edge Pet Medical Center responded and fit me in when I needed urgent care for my pomeranian while we passing through Albany recently. They are very professional and caring, competent and efficient. They treated my pom with great care and eased my stress as well. They also followed up on his care with a phone call to answer any questions and see how he was doing with his meds. I highly recommend this Pet medical practice!!!
