River to the Sea Inspections llc 35 years

I was relieved when I found Jeff to do an inspection on my home. He is hands down the most precessional inspector and has extensive knowledge. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand for me. I know I can rely on Jeff for being reliable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an inspector!

Jeff is our go to for home Inspections / tie down installations! As a Realtor here in Central Oregon, my team uses Jeff regularly. He is always professional and punctual. He provides extremely detailed reports and explains all issues he finds in terms we can all understand. Jeff is down to earth and fun to work with. We highly recommend him to all of our clients!

We were impressed dealing with Jeff as our pre-purchase home inspector. The job that he performed for us went above and beyond our expectations. The findings of his inspection were laid out in professional detail, displayed with pictures and detailed information, were clear and concise with positive and negative facts displayed. He was also available to answer any follow up questions that we had. Very well done! Great job! We recommend his services!
