The recliner we purchased had a lumbar adjustment that was not in the lumbar area at all. I called and explained my situation and was so pleased at the way the staff handled my complaint. Arrangements were made and the delivery guys came to our home and picked up my recliner and took it in for repair and a few days later returned with my recliner in perfect working condition! Thank you to all those who assisted us in this matter we will definitely be returning to your store for future purchases! It’s so nice to have a company that treats you as family in our home town .
