The recliner we purchased had a lumbar adjustment that was not in the lumbar area at all. I called and explained my situation and was so pleased at the way the staff handled my complaint. Arrangements were made and the delivery guys came to our home and picked up my recliner and took it in for repair and a few days later returned with my recliner in perfect working condition! Thank you to all those who assisted us in this matter we will definitely be returning to your store for future purchases! It’s so nice to have a company that treats you as family in our home town . Excellent sales experience with Nathan. Some sales people pester you (which would have caused me to go to a different store). Nathan offers to answer whatever questions you have then leaves you to try out and decide. Excellent salesman. Delivery was flawless and happened before the early end of the window provided night before.

Our sales guy was great. No pressure, asked questions to help us make a decision. After being in the store a few minutes he directed us toward some options for couches. Found one perfect for us. The follow up and follow through was great. Will return to find other items in the future. Thank you
