Riddle Construction

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Riddle Construction and have always been impressed by their professionalism, communication, and commitment to quality. Their team is organized, dependable, and clearly takes pride in delivering great results for their customers. It’s been a pleasure doing business with them, and I highly recommend Riddle Construction to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor.

I’ve been working with Riddle Construction since 2021 and they are amazing! All of their employees are professional, respectful and courteous. They’ve completed work for me including a new house build and a remodel. More recently their work has been through their new business called Mantle and Manor. With Mantle and Manor they are managing my homes maintenance, but also this includes a concierge service for lifestyle and hospitality. Paul Wessinger, Director of Client Experience for Mantle and Manor, manages my properties and he has been amazing to work with. He has done everything from servicing all the systems in the home from water filter replacement all the way up to maintenance of HVAC systems. There is nothing he hasn’t been able to tackle. He’s also coordinated with subs to add on to my HVAC, drywall repairs, and painting. He’s managed communication and resolution on outstanding work from subs prior to Riddle Construction’s management of an older property. He has a great crew that works for him, which makes the projects fun. After working with Riddle Construction, I would never choose anyone else to do construction or house management work. Great work guys!

Riddle Construction made our dream home a reality. We bought a house with a beautiful view, but the house needed a total remodel that required removal of walls, relocation of the kitchen, and structural reinforcement to accommodate the large windows that we wanted installed to face the bay. The team at Riddle Construction understood our vision and worked tirelessly throughout the process to make our dream a reality. Every question or idea we had was taken seriously and addressed beyond our expectations. The work was always completed on time and to a high degree of craftsmanship. Our project supervisor communicated with us on a daily basis explaining what type of work would be done that day and when the workers would arrive at our home. This daily communication helped decrease our stress and gave us peace of mind about the progression of the construction. We are so happy with the work done by Riddle Construction that we plan to have them come back later this year to tackle our basement remodel.
