I’ve been working with Riddle Construction since 2021 and they are amazing! All of their employees are professional, respectful and courteous. They’ve completed work for me including a new house build and a remodel. More recently their work has been through their new business called Mantle and Manor. With Mantle and Manor they are managing my homes maintenance, but also this includes a concierge service for lifestyle and hospitality. Paul Wessinger, Director of Client Experience for Mantle and Manor, manages my properties and he has been amazing to work with. He has done everything from servicing all the systems in the home from water filter replacement all the way up to maintenance of HVAC systems. There is nothing he hasn’t been able to tackle. He’s also coordinated with subs to add on to my HVAC, drywall repairs, and painting. He’s managed communication and resolution on outstanding work from subs prior to Riddle Construction’s management of an older property. He has a great crew that works for him, which makes the projects fun. After working with Riddle Construction, I would never choose anyone else to do construction or house management work.
