A Bad Day Made Beautiful!
The day we were waiting for, for such a long time, started with snow and then freezing rain. My little dog Bently then ran through a patch of burs on our morning run. Our cat got sick and I stepped in it and almost fell while getting our trade in R.V. ready to go. We drove to Joliet hoping for a better day getting our new R.V. The walk through that Ricky gave us was fabulous! He was professional, courteous and showed us everything and then some. A little more bad news followed when I learned that R.V.'s need to be caulked, caulked, and caulked! Our last R.V. dealer where we bought our last one never mentioned that. Always wondered if I could get up on that roof and walk around! Rick's R.V. told us the news of our trade in a professional and caring way. We learned a lesson but then our salesman Kurt, staff members Dave and Jim made the day beautiful. We now have a new R.V. and we couldn't be happier and now we are a lot smarter about keeping this beautiful new R.V. shipshape. Oh yes, forgot to mention the guys in the shop finding a toaster, coffee machine, dishes, etc. in our old R.V. Like I said, we learned a lot on a bad day made beautiful!
