Rick Wolf - Maine Innkeeping Broker

Working with Rick and his team has been like having a family member looking out for your best interest. From the start of our search to the purchase of our Inn, Rick has been the voice of reason and wisdom. We could not have asked for a greater mentor and friend. Do yourself a favor and get this team on your side!

I attended one of the B&B Team's Prospective Innkeeper Seminars to determine if innkeeping was the next chapter in my life. It was one of the best weekends I've ever spent - very informative and insightful about the life I've always envisioned. Two years later Rick represented me in the purchase of my inn. I highly recommend not only the seminars but Rick and his team to find you the perfect inn and help make the process easy and seamless.

If it wasn't for Rick Wolf and his team, I think we would still be on the market. He successfully guided us through the listing process and then the sale. Most importantly he brought us experience purchasers who could run a busy 14 room Inn. If you are considering listing your property or interested in purchasing an Inn the B & B Team is the best in the industry.
