They were SO helpful! I have a little old serger that I purchased at a thrift store years ago and has been going above and beyond ever since. Recently, the power cord broke and I thought I would have to replace the entire cord and foot pedal. When I spoke to the folks at Rich’s shop, they asked me to bring in the whole machine to take a look. The person helping me indicated that based on the cord issues, it would be more trouble than it was worth to fix the old cord, but he was able to attach the old pedal to a new cord in 10min while I was walking around the shop - so quick! The whole job only came to $29 (price of the part) and I couldn’t be happier! Would recommend this shop! Support local!
