Rich's Sewing, Vacuums, Hot Tubs & Grills

My Singer is singing again. When I go back to Albany, my Kenmore will be going to Rich's. He really made me happy.

Emily is fantastic!! We brought in 3 sewing machines to look at and see if we needed to service them. She gave us a mini lesson on how the stitches worked and she oiled my number one machine and it works perfectly!!! At no charge! She is so knowledgeable and explains things so nicely! My son and I will be taking sewing classes with her on Saturday. We are so excited!!!

My mom and I had been wanting to fix our sewing machines for so long, but kept putting it off because we had heard how expensive servicing them could be. Eventually we decided to take them here and it was such a great experience! Sisters Emily and Caitlyn were so kind and helped troubleshoot them to see what the problem was. They gave us a lesson on the mechanics of the machine and what steps to take if something wasn’t working. In the end it just turned out that I had accidentally put the feed dogs down (whoops) and we were in desperate need of machine oil. It didn’t cost anything to have them troubleshoot which really helped us out! I really recommend this place of business for anyone who needs help with a machine or just wants to learn more about how their machine works!
