Richmond Place

I moved in on September 9th, 2022 and have been living here at Richmond Place for one year. My time here has been wonderful. It's incredibly peaceful living here, and I always feel safe. The staff is so kind, and I enjoy my neighbors as well. Every day I get to enjoy the courtyard outside and when I come inside I go straight to the library. The security staff watches all of the doors at night so I never have to worry about strange people coming to my door. The food is phenomenal as well, so I never have to cook either. Above all else, the nicest thing about this community is the wonderful people I have met during my time here. Among the staff, I consider many to be my friend. Shannon and Danae are always so nice at the front desk, Keanu helps me with all of my technical issues whenever I need him, and Sonia was the first person to show me around the community. The big boss, Cindy, is always ready to listen to me and talk whenever I have an issue. I can tell the staff genuinely cares and that's why I am happy to call this my home!

My sister and I moved my dad into independent living and Jessica Mitchell was the one who went over the best options for him and made things so easy for us! I highly recommend this place and ask for Jessica she’s was so great with my dad and made him feel at home!!!

Everytime I have been within this facility I have observed that the residents are well attended to and very content.This is definitely a community that family members would feel piece of mind having senior members of their family to reside. It seems residents once there form new friendships and an extended family of other residents and staff.
