Richmond Kwik Dry

My living room carpet looks so good that I just sit & stare at it. My living room is clean again! Jim texted to say he was coming EARLY (Yah!) & kept in touch while enroute. Especially helpful since I live on the 3rd floor of a secure building. I met him outside. He took the time to explain the process, step-by-step. Honestly, I had fun sitting in my BR doorway watching Jim work his magic. And since my apartment is small, he was done in no time (maybe 45 minutes). He was extremely thorough. The carpet look just as good as it did when I moved in 4 years ago!! And it smells great in here!! And the price for my living room & foyer was well below what I was expecting to pay. I will be booking an appointment for Jim to clean my BR in the near future. A stress free experience (Jim has a sense of humor too!) that I actually found enjoyable. Thanks Kwik Dry!

Jim did a fabulous job. With 2 cats and a very active dog, our carpets needed a little TLC. The house smelled of fresh citrus and the carpet looks great! I especially love the way he combed them to perfection for a finished look. Will definitely use them again.

Jim was quick responding to my inquiry and even offered an earlier appointment after cancellation of another client. Overall friendly and professional. Was pleasantly surprised how good my old carpets looked after the cleaning too! Definitely recommend:)
