My living room carpet looks so good that I just sit & stare at it. My living room is clean again! Jim texted to say he was coming EARLY (Yah!) & kept in touch while enroute. Especially helpful since I live on the 3rd floor of a secure building. I met him outside. He took the time to explain the process, step-by-step. Honestly, I had fun sitting in my BR doorway watching Jim work his magic. And since my apartment is small, he was done in no time (maybe 45 minutes). He was extremely thorough. The carpet look just as good as it did when I moved in 4 years ago!! And it smells great in here!! And the price for my living room & foyer was well below what I was expecting to pay. I will be booking an appointment for Jim to clean my BR in the near future. A stress free experience (Jim has a sense of humor too!) that I actually found enjoyable. Thanks Kwik Dry!
