Richardson Glass

I cannot recommend this company enough!!!! Richardson Glass was recommended to me by several neighbors on the Nextdoor app. I had a large sliding glass door that has been driving me crazy for 3 years. You have to be Hulk Hogan to open or close it. I tried WD-40, vacuuming the track, cleaning every aspect of it, and it was still a nightmare to use (and incredibly loud). I scheduled an appointment with Richardson Glass for this morning (11/3) between 10-12. The called before their arrival, and they even came 30 minutes early. That is amazing since nearly every other company I deal with either never shows up or shows up incredibly late. We were already off to a good start. I’d say within 20-30 minutes our sliding glass door was gliding with the push of a finger seamlessly!!!! Years of agony and Richardson Glass fixed the issue in half an hour. They installed new rollers, and they worked perfectly. I was worried I would have to change the entire frame and window (as another company alleged), and for less than $300, Richardson Glass fixed my problem immediately and saved my door. Mike and Franky were the techs that worked on our issue, and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will recommend Richardson Glass to everyone I know in the future. Thank you!!

This company has been through a lot in the past 2 years from loosing their first place of business in Richardson Texas due to it burning down to having to relocate their company to having to build a shop because the City of Prosper bought their building to widen the highway. In time Richardson Glass will be back to 100% and will be able to help more customers as they come in. ========================================== Dedication to a company who has given their all to make this tradegy into a successful business once again. This is where the ❤ is. ========================================== It is now February 13, 2020 and I must say they sure have come a long way. Though it's not 100% complete I think by early SPRING it will be. Its all about the cosmetics now

Nash at Richardson Glass was incredibly helpful and professional. I consulted with him after another company said our window issue couldn't be fixed without major replacements. Nash offered us a super reasonable price on a technique they do frequently, which requires a more skill and patience but has a great result at significant savings. The only reason we didn't follow through is that the home sold before we could schedule their work. They seem to be a wonderful, local family company with lots of experience.
