Our annual auto insurance was about to renew and since I have been working from home I called in to see if rates would go down since I was driving very little. Tracy Bohna is our agent and when I called, I found out she had already been proactive in looking at our rates, seeing that the other insurance company was WAY high and already had a letter and quotes (for both auto and home) in the mail to save us over $1300 annually!
