She was so helpful and easy to work with during these processes. I also spoke to Shannon during the Canyon fire and she assured me that I would be covered, if the fire reached my home. I was not only so relieved to know that my home was protected, but it meant so much to know Shannon cared enough to make sure my son and I were ok.
