I think this was the worst experience I have ever had. I’m a student and I had a medical bill for $158, I forgot about it because I work 3 jobs and go to school full time. One day I woke up and my credit score was down 30 points. Keep in mind this is the my credit that I have been working to build it for four years. I called them immediately and they told me if I pay it off rn, they would send letters to get it off my credit report. It’s been a while and there is still nothing from them. They just took the money and pretty much lied about what they are gonna do for me. Be careful when dealing with them because it’s not really about the money, it’s about how my credit is gonna hurt for 7 years. So, if they offer you something don’t take their word for it. So after I wrote this review, they contacted me and helped me to get the collection off of my credit report. I want to thank them because of how professional they acted when they saw my review. After they contacted me, they told me that it is gonna be gone in 5-7 business days. On the 5th day, it wasn’t on my credit report. Thank you guys, and I appreciate you keeping your word. Now you guys deserve 5 stars
