Booked the Residence Inn by Marriott over the weekend and I was impressed with my stay. The gentleman that checked me in (his name started with a "J" and I forgot how to spell it). He was professional, welcoming and helpful! My room was huge, clean and was a comfortable atmosphere. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY! GREAT sleep/rest and glad I chose this Marriott property.
Despite the traumatic experience which led to my needing to stay here, upon check-in, Cliff instantaneously gave us the feeling that we were in good hands. He made our check in process seamless, pleasant and made us aware of all of the amenities including breakfast and the times of breakfast. Whenever we had a question he answered with a smile. He was very informative and hospitable. The rooms were nice and spacious. Our frequent housekeeper, Shakeena, was also pleasant, hospitable and took very good care of us/our room as needed. I will definitely be recommending friends, family and clients in the future.
