I highly recommend Renaissance Roofing. They have replaced roofs for two of my properties. Their sales guy, Taylor, is great - very responsive and the team doing the work is fantastic. The job was done on time and with excellent quality. It looks amazing! They cleaned up each day and left the property better than before.
Renaissance Roofing did a complete tear off of our roof and re-roofed the whole house. Taylor Raterman at Renaissance who was our rep was a pleasure to work with. He was low-key no pressure and very informative. Any issues I had or questions we're answered almost immediately . We got two other quotes for the re-roof one out of Salem and one out of Portland both companies had good reputations but the sales rep from the Portland company was a high pressure sales guy and wanted me to sign that day. I knew immediately we weren't going to use them. The representative from the Salem company was just rude and unprofessional. They could learn a lot from Taylor . Renaissance came in with the lowest bid and the best warranty. They did a great job and the roof looks fantastic. The crew they sent out to do the job all were polite worked hard and cleaned up everyday at the end of the day. It only took 3 days to do the whole job. We would use them again if the need ever comes up and also would recommend them to family and friends. Thank you for the great job Taylor and Renaissance.
