I could not recommend Redmond Computers more highly. Michael (the owner) is an absolute treasure of a person and has a wealth of knowledge. I walked into the shop with an outdated PC and had a conversation about options for upgrading. Ultimately it didn't make sense to piecemeal my old device with new parts so he offered me an incredible build they already had in the shop for a screaming good deal. He not only provided me with an incredible deal on a new gaming computer, but I could tell that he genuinely wanted nothing more than to help me out in the best way he could. I'm one happy customer and I'll be coming back in the future for any of my tech needs. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

Michael set me up with an awesome computer that was in my price range & was everything I needed. I also received a warranty and a year of customer support! Best & easiest computer buy ever. I walked into this shop looking for a gaming PC. I met Michael, his daughter Kayla and Manger! We talked about what I was looking for, what I needed in a computer and what I didn't need it to have. My knowledge in computer details and compatibility is slim to none. Michael was very informative and helpful. He was able to make it easy for me to understand what I would be getting for the price I wanted to pay. He had a quote ready for me shortly after our visit and the estimated time it would be completed. Great communication on any updates or changes during the process. He built me a gaming power house and it was done and ready for pickup days before I thought it would be. I could not be happier and would recommend this place to anyone. Definitely gained a life long customer from me.
