They will point you in the right direction get you fitted and make sure your boot buying experience is the best you ever had! Melissa helped me nab a fantastic pair of Style 875 Heritage Classic Moc's in Oro Leather. She gave me some tips on how to treat the leather, made sure I felt really comfortable in the boots before I left, and was overall a very helpful and chill person! Best boots I've ever worn, very high quality leather, and I even got some leather laces that came with my purchase. The fit was perfect, albeit being a smidge uncomfortable at first, but they feel nicer the more you wear them. I usually wear a 9 in boots and 9.5 in canvas sneakers, but the 9 fit nice and snug for me. The Oro Leather is in my opinion the best color cause it works with nearly everything from smart casual to workwear. If you're looking for a durable work boot, or even something more casual like the Heritage Mocs, Red Wing is the way to roll.
