After 2 1/2 months, I can honestly say that everyone at this location is very friendly, encouraging and pleasant to talk to. The program does work if you follow the steps. With my excessive travel, I did not think I would lose the weight but 55lbs later, I am a believer! Should have started this a long time ago. My wife was so impressed that she also joined. Thank you Red Mountain for giving me back my health!
