I've had multiple UA's here. I've tried to charge the guys giving th UA $5 for getting to look at my junk and have yet to receive payment. Decent experience for what it is.

It's a busy location. Staff is fine people just like to complain it's not a hotel you don't get a butler heated toilet seats none of that go take your test and get on with your life. If you didn't get in trouble you wouldn't have anything to complain about.
