Realtor Rob Schaerer - Real Estate Agent

We can't recommend Rob and his team enough! He provided candid talk when we were ready to sell, along with great advice for preparing our property. The personal service offered during the whole process was over the top, and his team had 100% of the details covered! Rob is highly knowledgeable, and uses data to support the sale process. If you need to sell or buy a house in Norman, you will be extremely happy using Rob!

I would 100% recommend Rob and his team! My parents were looking to relocate to OK from CA and also are on a fixed income. I contacted Rob (after hours) and he called me right back! We set up a visit with him and flew out to meet him and see some homes. We sent him a list of what we wanted to see so he showed us those and some other properties that we had not originally asked about. Well he seemed to know what we were looking for because the house my parents ended up putting an offer on was one of the houses he had suggested. He helped us find a home and then helped us find a good finance company (gateway) that took care of us quickly efficiently! Not only did he facilitate this but he was also there to take care of the inspection and any other aspects of the process that we were not able to handle due to living out of state. I am so grateful for the transparency Rob offered though all of this. This has been the easiest home buying process we have ever been through. I felt like they held our hand throughout the whole thing. Rob really did go above and beyond anything I have experienced with any other realtor and I can honestly say that when I’m ready to buy a home he and his team will be the ones to help me.

My family and I cannot say enough effusive things about Rob! We met Rob in 2020 at the height of world-changing times. He was kind, professional and reliable. He helped us buy a new house, sell our old house and made us feel at ease every step of the way. When we needed to move again in 2022, we worked with him and we’re just as impressed with him and his team. When you partner with Rob you really do get 5-star service, expertise and integrity. Highly recommend!
