Ray Pettengell - Real Estate Agent - Ashland Oregon - John L Scott - Rogue Valley Ray - REALTOR - Broker

Ray is a comprehensive, thorough and reliable agent. He walked us through each step of our extensive escrow process with great care and support.

My husband and I worked with Ray to find our home in Ashland. This was a big deal for us because we wanted to find the perfect place for us to start our family. Ray worked with us for months while we patiently waited for the right home to find us. We finally found our home and Ray made sure that every question we had was answered and that we were getting the deal we wanted. We could not have asked for a better agent to represent us through the big and sometimes difficult process of purchasing a home. Thank you Ray!

My experience with Ray was phenomenal. With his help, we were able to purchase our dream home in Ashland. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area, proactive, and responsive to all of our questions. Working with him was easy as he is also the nicest realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would highly recommend him to any of my family and friends. Ray Pettengell is the BEST !!!
