I was feeling overwhelmed and hopeless prior to my contacting Rank and Karnes about my need of debt relief after my husband's untimely death. From the first phone call I felt respected and hopeful. The directions, paperwork, and meetings were done with all the assistance and explanation I needed. Even the payment schedule was arranged as I needed. Thank you all involved from my initial conversation with Jennifer through "video court" were made easy.
