Came to Ralda's Details based on their high google reviews and met up with Bryan who worked on my F150 Lightning with a Ceramic coat. When selecting a ceramic coat, Bryan gave me a number of options all at once and there was some confusion on which coat I was getting. I initially thought I was getting the Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra, but finding out I ended up with the System X Max G+ the day of pickup. I did say I wanted a warranty and for some reason I thought the Gtechniq had one when he was holding the package up before moving onto the System X when he was showing me when selecting a coating. Altogether, I'm not dissatisfied. I told Bryan at pickup what I was looking for in a coating and he assured me of the quality of the work and the durability of the coating. He stood by the product he was putting on and also would switch it to the Gtechniq if I was dissatisfied because of the confusion. I think my truck turned out amazing and time will tell regarding the durability of the System X Max G+ vs if I had the Gtechniq CSU. So far I am highly satisfied and would recommend Ralda's to anyone getting a coating. Just make sure you clarify exactly what you want and the exact product to avoid the confusion that happened to me.
