Quality Inn & Suites Searcy I-67

The room is clean and good for the price although nothing fancy. I normally don’t stay in hotels that have a door opening from the room to the parking lot, but I had my husband with me and Searcy is a pretty safe town. I felt comfortable and safe during our stay. And we had an upstairs room which opens into a hallway instead of the parking lot. I would recommend getting an upstairs room if possible. The breakfast was hot with eggs, sausage and waffles. They also had cold items. Last, I really appreciated the fun towel art in the bathroom! The towels were shaped into swans and a heart . The toilet paper and Kleenex were folded in a fancy way too. I don’t know if this is normal for this hotel or if someone just had extra time, but that was a very special touch that I have only seen on nice cruises and not at a hotel. Thank you to whoever did the towel art to make our stay special and fun.

The young lady that helped us was so nice. We had a room booked at a different hotel and they lost our reservation. The man at the Econolodge was so rude and unconcerned that we had no place to stay with a 4 year old! We drove across the street to the Quality Inn and I’m so glad we did! We got great service and even though they were completely booked, we were still able to work something out. This young lady went the extra mile! Thank you Madison! You are in the right business!

Would give it a 5 but it's being renovated. Not new and shiny but nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great hot breakfast in the morning with waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage. Good location with many restaurants close by. If you are looking for excellence, keep driving, if you are looking for a good night's sleep in a nice clean room, this will do just fine.
