Needed our carpets cleaned right before Christmas. Tried calling a few, lucked out when Quality Chem-Dry had a cancelation. Never used them before but we needed HELP. They came out, we discussed trouble areas/stains, they advised the best plan of action, no unwanted extra services/treatments, and they got to work! The result was FANTASTIC and it smelled NICE!!! Over a month later...our sparkling clean carpet is holding up! No old stains resurfacing (which is the biggest problem we have) after a week or two - like other cleaning services we have tried. Getting a little more life out of our old carpet. Definitely using them AGAIN! Promised I would post a review - I wanted to put our carpet to the test, first. ;) Passed 100%
