Purelight Power of Salem was a great experience. They're very detailed and communicate very well with the customer. I was very impressed by all the employee's/contractors and their ability to answer any questions we had for them. Our experience from day one was very good. Never met a group of people that were so excited about solar and helping their customers. Truly a great experience and was flawless from pre-installation to the end of installation. Madison was super wonderful to work with at the end, and made the experience very fun and informative. Michael was at the beginning of our journey, and he was super awesome and well educated in Solar. The installers to which I don't have their names but they were great, respectful and polite. Layla was super awesome with communicating to us any details and questions we had with Purelight. I highly recommend Purelight Power of Salem and wouldn't recommend any other solar business. If you want a team of people who are passionate and always helpful, and WANT to help you....PICK Purelight Power of Salem. I promise, your experience will be great and they will be able to answer any question you have about solar power and be with you every step of the way.
