Pure Elegance Painting, LLC

The Pure Elegance team did a fantastic job painting the exterior and staining the porch of my older home back in April. It's taken me a while to get to writing a proper review, but I really wanted to share my experience with others. This was my first time hiring someone to paint the exterior of my home. After having been burned by a previous contractor for unrelated work, I was very anxious about picking someone trustworthy who could get the job done well. I got quotes from four different companies. The Pure Elegance quotation was in line with the others, even a bit lower, but the price was not my concern as much as trust and workmanship. Pure Elegance delivered on both. There is a dedicated office representative who responds promptly and professionally to emails and calls. The company owner and project manager, Giovanni, was super responsive, understanding, and a pleasure to work with from the time he showed up to assess the project to the time it was complete. The crew worked fast and efficiently and were super respectful of the property. At one point I noticed one area that was painted the wrong shade- the crew were not English speaking and I don't speak Spanish, but I text Giovanni and he responded so fast- no problem! He got in touch with his crew and the mistake was corrected in no time! I knew there would likely be a few bits of rotten boards on the house and the porch that would not be revealed until pressure washing and scraping was complete. Once those were revealed, Giovanni came by to show them to me and offer solutions. There was no pressure to replace anything unnecessarily- he was straight forward about options being functional versus cosmetic. I really appreciated that, especially given the inflated price of lumber at the time. An added bonus: I hadn't given any thought at all to our back porch furniture also needing to be stained, but Giovanni asked if we would like that done too and I'm so glad because it looks awesome now. I've added some before and after photos to show off the amazing transformation. I would totally recommend Pure Elegance for this work to anyone. They are a family owned and ran company, and they do an outstanding job. If I need more work done in the future- for the interior for example- I would 💯% call them again. I sincerely hope this helps anyone on the fence about choosing a painting company to make an informed decision, and I sincerely appreciate the work Pure Elegance did on my home.

Giovanni team was the BEST!! On time, hard working team. Very professional. If your looking for quality work hire Pure Elegance without hesitation. I’m a very picky client and my home is a reflection of that. I let Giovanni know what I was looking for and his team executed it flawlessly. I included the before and after photos to validate the level of quality you will receive, plus we’ve gotten so many compliments on how nice the house looks and the paint choice. I can’t thank you enough for bring my vision to life.

Giovanni and his crew were amazing! I am a picky person and they surpassed my expectations. They were punctual, professional, polite, extremely detailed oriented, and did a fantastic job painting my house. The time they take to do their prep of the house (pressure wash, caulk, sand, etc.) really shows that they care about the quality of their work and want it to last. I would highly recommend them and won't hesitate to use them again! They've done several houses in my neighborhood and everyone I've talked to has been equally pleased.
